The content on this site

Articles, videos, templates and recommendations are shared for general information and education. They reflect our own experience. They are not professional advice for a specific project, and you remain responsible for how you use them.

Products and orders

  • Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where it applies.

  • Digital products (templates, guides) are delivered by download link after your order.

  • Right of withdrawal: for digital content delivered immediately, you agree when ordering that delivery starts right away, and you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download is available, as allowed by EU consumer law.

  • If a file does not work or is not what was described, email us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you.

How you can use our templates

When you buy or download a template, you get a personal licence. You can use it for your own portfolio, studies and projects. You cannot resell it, share the original files, or publish them as your own template.

Intellectual property

All texts, images, videos, templates and the OpenBook name and logo belong to Studio P Architects SRL or Julie Palma Engels, unless stated otherwise. You can share a link to our content. Do not copy it without written permission.

Affiliate links

Some links are affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases. We only recommend things we actually use or would buy ourselves.

Liability

We do our best to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it is always error-free or online. We are not responsible for third-party sites we link to. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under Belgian or EU law.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. If a dispute cannot be solved by email, the courts of Brussels have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the rights of consumers to go to the courts of their own country.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one online on the day of your order.
